Don’t be shy,say hi!
An idea but you don’t know if it’s feasible? A wish for something to be automated? A general question? Send the plain version.
What to send?
Just the problem or idea in normal words: who’d use it, and what you do instead today.
No form to fill out. Attach screenshots, files or links directly to your email if they’ll explain it faster.
But don’t worry about this too much. I mean, we’re adults and I’m always happy to chat about it in whatever way suits you most!
